From the high-altitude slopes of Buesaco, Nariño at 2200 MASL, this distinctive lot from Finca Altos de Quitumpamba is cultivated by producer Carolina Chalapud Daza. Featuring the rare Bourbon Sidra varietal and processed using the semi-washed (yellow honey) method, this coffee was carefully dried for 12 days under a marquee, enhancing its complexity and clarity.
