Our coffee is always from small, micro and nano lots - we never blend coffee varietals to produce large lots.
We offer a rotating selection of single-farm and single varietal coffees based on whatever the farms are producing, offering you a wide selection of coffee that is always farm fresh, unique and memorable.

Farm Fresh
Our coffee is never stored for more than a few days before it is roasted – we offer you unmatched freshness
Our coffee is never stored green, we source small lots of coffee directly from the farms. The coffee is shipped to us as soon as the post harvest processing is complete, and the coffee is roasted in Pereira within days.
We import all our coffee. It arrives by plane, and is available on our web-site and local Seattle markets usually 4-5 days after roast.
Direct Trade
We build direct relationship with all coffee producers and make sure they are fairly compensated for their high quality coffee
We are in control of the trading relationship paying the producers on average 3x the rate normal trading channels offer.
