About our Coffee

We specialize in rare and exotic Colombian coffees sourced from micro, nano, and small lots. Our beans are grown at high altitudes and handpicked for quality, flavor, and traceability. Each coffee is a reflection of terroir, tradition, and innovation.

Yes—rare and exotic Colombian coffee varietals are the heart of Alchemy Harvest. Our curated selection includes some of the most sought-after beans in the specialty coffee world, each chosen for its unique flavor profile, limited availability, and exceptional cup quality.

We regularly feature high-elevation Colombian varietals such as Gesha, Wush Wush, Java, Chiroso, Sudan Rume, and Pink Bourbon, known for their floral aromatics, tropical fruit notes, and silky body. We also showcase a vibrant spectrum of Bourbon mutations, including Yellow Bourbon, Orange Bourbon, Spicy Bourbon (Ají), and Bourbon Sidra, each offering a distinct sensory experience—from citrus and stone fruit to spice and honey.

Other standout offerings include Castillo, Arara, and the ultra-rare Papayo, a Colombian gem prized for its juicy acidity and exotic character.

Our varietal lineup rotates seasonally based on fresh harvest availability, ensuring that every coffee we release is at peak flavor and freshness. Whether you're a casual sipper or a seasoned cupper, our selection is designed to surprise, delight, and deepen your appreciation for Colombian coffee innovation.

We highlight both traditional and experimental processes that elevate flavor and aroma:

  • 🍯 Honey Process – Sweet, syrupy body with reduced acidity
  • 🌿 Natural Process – Bold, fruity, and aromatic
  • 🧪 Anaerobic Fermentation – Intensely complex and layered
  • 🌬️ Washed Process – Clean, crisp, and balanced

Each method is carefully chosen to complement the bean’s origin and varietal characteristics.

We rotate our offerings based on fresh harvest availability. This ensures you're always getting coffee at its peak flavor and freshness. Think of it like a seasonal menu—each release is limited, intentional, and worth savoring.
