Finca Bugambilias
Cundinamarca, Colombia
A natural mutation of the Bourbon variety, is prized for its balanced sweetness, round body, and bright yet gentle acidity. It often shows notes of caramel, yellow fruit, and soft citrus. Thriving in high-altitude conditions with rich, well‑drained soils, it develops excellent cup clarity. When grown in Colombia, Yellow Bourbon expresses enhanced sweetness and a smooth, comforting profile shaped by the country’s cool mountain microclimates.
