Our Decaf coffee is sourced through direct relationships with producing families in Colombia and decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process (also known as EA). This method uses ethyl acetate "EA", a naturally occurring compound found in fruits and sugarcane, to carefully remove caffeine while maintaining the coffee’s original sweetness, complexity, and character. The result is a decaf that stays true to the coffee itself, delivering a vibrant, satisfying cup that rivals its caffeinated counterpart.
